Anastasiya Baranova

(Bachelor of Fine Arts, Master of Music) Over the past years Anastasiya has established herself as a professional performer and an accomplished and passionate instructor. During her years of study at both undergraduate and graduate levels Anastasiya has featured as a solo, orchestral, and chamber performer. Throughout her vast chamber and orchestral experience she has achieved a tremendous professional growth as a musician, and gained a new perspective for the role of live music performance. In addition to her performing activities, Anastasiya is very dedicated to teaching. She has been teaching violin, viola, piano, and music theory for the past six years. Her students are active participants of the various competitions and RCM Examinations, recitals and workshops.
For two years in a row Anastasiya has also been invited as an adjudicator for both string and piano divisions at the American Guild of Music competition.

Currently Anastasiya is engaged in recording projects for films, original music for the artists in the industry, as well as a frequently appears on sets for various TV shows, films, and commercials both as a musician and an actor. Starting this year Anastasiya has been appointed as a stage and project manager of an upcoming musical “All Great Things”.
